Sahel SAGE

It is reported that more than 98 million adolescent girls around the world are not in school. UNESCO reports that in Burkina Faso, a country in North Africa and hometown of IDM TV community member and founder of Sahel SAGE, Fatimata Sanogo, though over 90% of female children in the region start elementary school, 60% of those girls will have dropped out by 7th grade.

Inner Dimension TV is proud to announce our partnership with Sahel SAGE, Fatimata’s non-profit committed to reversing these trends, with the belief that to educate a woman is to educate a nation.

Giving Back Through Community Live Events

For 2023, we’ve set the intention to give back while strengthening our efforts to better serve you, our amazing community! We’ve dedicated a portion of our giving back budget this year to hold FREE online live community classes and conversations so that we can all feel inspired and supported, while being in community and feeling deeply connected. We intend to also highlight certain causes and charities near and dear to our heart as we hold these events and encourage donations. Make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter to never miss an event. All of our upcoming events can also be found here.

The Cycle

Did you know that in India alone, as many as 1 in 5 girls drop out of school when they begin menstruating? The lack of access to menstrual supplies and toilets, partnered with outdated taboos, leads to over 10 million school dropouts in India each year. Inner Dimension TV is proud to announce our partnership with “The Cycle,” a non-profit working tirelessly to reverse these trends, empowering women and ultimately uplifting entire communities.

Max’s Family in Ukraine

In Q1 2022, one of the editors for Inner Dimension TV, Max, was caught in Ukraine as Russia invaded his home country. He and his young family fled in the middle of the night with essential belongings, leaving everything else behind. They took refuge in a bomb shelter in Lviv and awaited to evacuate his wife and 5-year-old son. Sadly, Max was unable to leave due to the war. In an effort to support Max’s family, the IDM community rallied through a GoFundMe campaign raising more than $15,500 to help the family resettle in Germany. These funds went to provide shelter, food and the replacement of essentials such as clothing. IDM TV directly donated $5,000 with additional financial support provided personally by Travis, Lauren and our entire executive team. We are happy to report that Max’s wife and son made it safely out of Ukraine just before their area was once again bombed and they are eagerly waiting for the time when Max will be able to join them.

CASA of Los Angeles

For Q3 2021, we partnered with CASA of Los Angeles (CASA/LA). CASA/LA is a non-profit organization that recruits, trains, and supports Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers to show up and advocate for children and families in LA County’s child welfare and juvenile justice systems. CASA/LA’s mission is to mobilize community volunteers to work one-on-one with children, helping them navigate the complicated foster care system so that they have the support and services that all children deserve. With proper support, statistically more than half of the children that CASA/LA has served have finished high school, experienced improved mental and physical health assessments and were placed in a permanent home.

Back on My Feet

For Q2 2021, we partnered with Back on My Feet (BoMF). BoMF combats homelessness through the power of running, community support, and essential employment and housing resources. BoMF members develop greater confidence and become part of a positive community joining volunteers (such as our community manager April! Can you spot her in the pic?) on regular walks or runs. BoMF’s model has reduced the number of members returning to homelessness.

The Intention

It’s always been the hope for us to donate a portion of our profits to meaningful causes. We’re happy to announce that starting with Q1 2021, we’ll be partnering with a few charities per year to help spread their message and donate a portion of our profits to their beautiful cause.

Our mission is to help you achieve your highest potential, and no one can do that without living a life of purpose that includes giving back and being of service to community, especially underserved groups. Please know that with your Inner Dimension TV subscription and Inner Dimension Academy course purchases, you’re giving back with us and making a difference in the lives of others.

How We Give

During a set number of days each, we’ll run a campaign spotlighting a partner charity with a special promo code for people to use. 50% of all proceeds we receive from any Inner Dimension TV or Inner Dimension Academy purchases using this code will be donated to the Charity, always with a meaningful minimum commitment from us directly. In addition, our instructors will often further promote this effort through live classes or other offerings to spread the word and increase giving.
