A Life of Vitality Retreat with Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom

August 16th-19th, 2018

How does one reconnect with their vitality – that power to constantly live and grow to the fullest potential? What does it mean to awaken your most vital life forces to ignite a strong and powerful body while creating a peaceful mind and an illuminated compassionate heart? Through a weekend workshop led by Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom, individuals will learn to rekindle a life rich with vitality, purpose and meaning. Thematic holistic yoga flows complemented with breathing exercises, meditative experiences and blissful live music will aid in this exploration.

Suitable for individuals from all walks of life and experiences on the mat, this course may particularly appeal to yoga teachers or body healing professionals looking to expand their knowledge of traditional yoga philosophy, sequencing or thematic classes. Physical flows, including centered yin and restorative yoga practices will be balanced through discussions of the dharma and lectures focused on vitality. Yoga philosophy, subtle autonomy & inspiration for daily living is interwoven into the curriculum.

By the end of this dynamic weekend, take the insights and knowledge acquired & return to the flow of your life, inspired, invigorated and connected to a life of vitality. A clear, lived experience as well as a handout from the Life of Vitality lecture will be included for future reference.
