Travis Eliot is a world-renowned yoga instructor, meditation teacher, kirtan musician and certified Ayurveda practitioner. He teaches his signature Holistic Yoga Flow classes in Los Angeles and in workshops and retreats around the world. His style is intensely dynamic and has inspired many of today’s top athletes, celebrities, and entertainers.

Lauren Eckstrom is a Holistic Yoga Flow E-RYT Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher and certified mindfulness meditation instructor. She guides some of the world’s most well- known musicians, filmmakers, executives and Fortune 500 companies in both yoga and meditation. Lauren leads Holistic Yoga Flow workshops, retreats and teacher trainings in the Los Angeles area and internationally.

Dana is a RYT 200 Holistic Yoga Flow instructor and meditation teacher based in Los Angeles. She is also a marketing and business strategy expert, and has worked at industry leaders such as Nielsen, Goldman Sachs, and Bluewolf. Dana is passionate about business as a force for good, creating purpose-driven content that inspires and uplifts,and leveraging technology to unite and unleash human potential.
Producer and Director
Airrion Copeland aka “Air” is an award winning American film producer, writer, and director.
He is best known for producing the controversial documentary film, “White Wash” directed by Ted Woods. The film was narrated by Grammy Award winning musician, Ben Harper and Tariq “BlackThought” Trotter of the legendary hip hop group, the Roots whom also originally scored the film. White Wash was nominated for several awards such as Best Documentary Feature at 2011 Surfer Poll Awards, Best Diaspora Feature at the 2012 African Movie Academy Awards, and won Best Documentary Feature at the 2009 Urban Media Film Festival.
Since White Wash, Air has continued producing, directing, shooting and writing-at the moment he’s creating several short films and was a shooter for Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros Big Top Festival. He is currently producing and directing a documentary film on the life of Alan Watts.
Air produced and directed “Yoga 30 for 30” and “Journey to Yoga” with Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom. Air is heavily influenced by la nouvelle vague filmmaking, Andy Warhol and minimalism. His films tend to offer an opportunity to question rather than answer.
